In parallel with the Festival of short films HISTOIRES DE FEMMES, which will be held for the 3rd time in 2023, the association LES LUMIÈRES DE LA VILLE is launching for the first time a competition for the SYNOPSIS of short films whose PROTAGONIST is a WOMAN. The winner will win 1500€. The final length of the film should not exceed 15 minutes and the file should not exceed 5 pages.
