Hello, I'm looking for a contract template to hire a co-writer (already found on this site with a rate of 1500 euros) to help me in the writing of my screenplay over a period of 3 months. I am an amateur author and screenwriter. I would need a model with all the legal mentions (reserved rights, copyright transfer, script protection etc etc). I don't know if we both have to be listed as "author" on the contract or if he simply issues me a copyright note with a fixed price assignment contract? I am the preponderant author with work already advanced. He is waiting for my answer and the contract to be signed to start the work. Thank you for your help. Francine
